RATS OF GOMORRAH

Bio:
Rats of Gomorrah Emerging from Kiel, Germany, Rats of Gomorrah are rapidly becoming one of the most talked-about new names in European death metal. Founded originally in 2009 under the name Divide before evolving into Rats of Gomorrah, the duo channels the ferocity of classic acts like Carcass, Vader and Bolt Thrower while injecting their sound with blackened atmosphere, thrash intensity and a distinctly modern edge.
Consisting of vocalist/guitarist Daniel Stelling and drummer Moritz Paulsen, the band has earned a reputation for explosive live performances and relentless touring across Europe and South America. Their 2025 debut album, Infectious Vermin, released through Testimony Records, showcased razor-sharp riffs, dark Lovecraftian themes and uncompromising old-school brutality.
With appearances at major events including Party.San Metal Open Air and tours alongside extreme metal veterans, Rats of Gomorrah are proving that raw, authentic death metal is alive, vicious and ready to infect a new generation.
