ABATON

Bio:

Abaton is a project created in 2010 by the ideas of Tom, Stefa and Damian, the completion of the current line up is reached with the entry into the band Burba and Pedro.
The characteristics of the sounds are a mixture of obscure and gloomy doom and sludge, with powerful harcore openings and dreary references to black.
The ultimate purpose of the band is to create dark and meditative atmospheres, alternating with malice and anger, until to scratch the most introspective and oniric side of every individual.
In September 2011 is due out the first full lenght album (Hecate) recorded at Moonlight Studio of Parma and distributed by the label Lo-Fi Creatures.
So far they have shared the stage with : Nasty, Here comes the Kraken, Raw Power, Anaal Nathrakh, Amia Venera Landscape...
