Bio:
Lim Smrad in Žila Lim Smrad in Žila are a high‑energy punk rock trio from Ljubljana, Slovenia, known for their raw sound, unfiltered lyrics and unmistakable DIY spirit. Formed during the pandemic with members Miha Kraševec (Lim), Jaka Skočir (Smrad) and Žiga Rangus (Žila), the band quickly made an impact on the local underground scene with their debut mini‑album Svobeda (2021).
The group’s follow‑up project, the mini‑LP Isti (2025), continues their tradition of incisive social commentary and punk urgency, recorded in a home setup and produced with long‑time collaborator Matej Gobec. Its animated music video — directed by Miha Reja — has further showcased the band’s creative edge.
Blending ferocious rhythms with a fiercely independent ethos, Lim Smrad in Žila are a defining voice of the contemporary Slovenian punk landscape, bringing visceral performances to venues and festivals across the region.
