FLESHCRAWL

Bio:
Fleshcrawl Fleshcrawl are one of Germany’s longest-running and most respected death metal institutions. Formed in Bavaria in 1991, the band has spent more than three decades delivering crushing old-school death metal infused with the unmistakable chainsaw guitar tone and melodic brutality of the classic Swedish scene. Throughout their career, Fleshcrawl have become synonymous with relentless heaviness, memorable songwriting, and uncompromising dedication to the genre.
Emerging from the early 1990s underground, the band built a loyal international following through a series of acclaimed releases, including Bloodred Massacre (1997), As Blood Rains from the Sky... We Walk the Path of Endless Fire (2000), Soulskinner (2002), and Structures of Death (2007). Their signature sound combines ferocious death metal aggression with the melodic influence of Scandinavian pioneers, creating a style that remains both devastating and instantly recognizable.
Over the years, Fleshcrawl have shared stages and tours with legendary acts such as Vader, Kataklysm, Cannibal Corpse, Dark Funeral, and Vital Remains, cementing their reputation as a formidable live force.
Following the tragic loss of longtime vocalist Sven Gross in 2021, the band entered a new chapter while honoring their legacy. With renewed energy, a revitalized lineup, and a steadfast commitment to authentic death metal, Fleshcrawl continue to carry the torch for one of Germany’s most enduring extreme metal names.
